The TTY6954 is a touch screen controller ICs TSSOP-20 RoHS manufactured by Tontek. It is a 20-pin RoHS compliant package that can be used for a variety of applications, including automotive, gaming, mobile device, and industrial control systems. This IC provides a capacitive touch sensing platform along with various optional features such as signal conditioning, water detection, and/or power management. The TTY6954 supports multi-touch operation capability and can detect up to 10 simultaneous touches. It has a programmable sensing resolution ranging from 2x2 to 1280x1280, with an accuracy of better than 1mm. The sensing range is from -2mm to 6mm distance. It has an on-chip power regulation for very low power consumption and comes with various communications options, such as I2C, USB, and digital SPI. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C.
