Additional Infomation About Product

This is a small form factor part with built-in Ambient Light Sensors (ALS) that has a Through-Hole RoHS-compliant packaging. It is based on a P-Channel MOSFET, with a B-Channel MOSFET(For PWM) core and a low quiescent current. It has a low on-resistance of 0.5O, so it can operate efficiently in both switching and linear modes. Outputs are capable of providing up to 3.5A current and up to 60V voltage protection. The ALS sensors are capable of detecting the ambient light which is then used for adjusting the brightness of the LEDs in the system. The DY-PD673B-A2 is manufactured by TONYU.
