XC61CN1502MR Torex Semiconductor

The XC61CN1502MR is a voltage detector active low 1.5V SOT-23-3 RoHS manufactured by Torex Semiconductor that is suitable for use with microprocessors and microcontrollers. The XC61CN1502MR is a SOT-23 package which makes it compatible for small-scale applications such as consumer equipment and automotive, industrial and communications equipment. It consists of two detect pins, an output pin, and a supply pin, as well as a built-in reset circuit Is set low when a1 the supply voltage falls below a rated voltage for operation. The output of the detector remains low while the supply voltage is below the rated voltage for operation and returns to a high state upon restore of the supply voltage. It also features an adjustable detection voltage setting for easy detection, from 1.3V to 1.6V. The XC61CN1502MR also features an enable pin to off set the detection feature when desired. Additionally, this voltage detector is capable of running in low power consumption applications due to its 0.25µA low current operation.
