Additional Infomation About Product

The TC74AC393FT(SPL) is an advanced high-speed CMOS logic dual 4-stage binary counter manufactured by Toshiba. It is composed of two separate 4-stage binary counters that can be cascaded together, and each counter has a synchronous parallel load capability. This counter has a clock frequency range of 0.125 MHz to 80 MHz and has low power consumption, with a maximum supply current of 5 mA at 5 V. Its output can be either positive edge-triggered Q1-Q4 or buffered complementary outputs. The TC74AC393FT(SPL) also has a reset input terminal, which can reset all the devices’ outputs to low logic states. This counter is designed for wide operating temperature ranges and low power applications.
