The TLP385(D4BLLTL,E optocoupler from Toshiba is a GaAs infrared and photo-transistor output optocoupler with a transistor output. It features a high-efficiency GaAs infrared diode, a high-speed photo-transistor, an integrated reverse voltage protection diode, and a post-assembly trimming resistor. It has a wide range of electrical characteristics, including a fast response time and high common-mode transient immunity. It is designed for extreme noise immunity and isolation in applications such as LCD panel drivers, PDP panels, motor control systems, and general-purpose analog signal isolation.
