LED The TLP759(D4,J,F) is an optically coupled isolator from Toshiba featuring an LED input and a photorelay output. The TLP759 offers a wide operating voltage of 4.5V to 24V, and offers a low input current of only 1mA at 5V. It contains a high-efficiency LED and the output allows for high-speed switching with a minimum on-off time of 10µs. The TLP759 is well-suited for isolation circuits, line interface circuits and switching circuits with low noise and high-speed switching.
