DO-T11 is a 40-pin, dual-in-line, integrated circuit (IC) package developed by TRW Inc. as a footprint-compatible replacement for Texas Instruments' TLA series of linear array ICs. It provides an 8-bit, 16-bit, or 32-bit digital signal processing (DSP) core surrounded by support logic, such as memory controllers, on chip DMA and other peripherals. The DO-T11 includes a DDR/SDRAM controller, flash controller, two 16-bit timers and one 32-bit timer. It can optionally include a cache memory module, a NAND Flash controller and an AES encryption/decryption unit. The DO-T11 packages are compatible with a variety of BGA and LGA interfaces, so they can be used in many different applications.
