The FK 4.5-0.5 part of Turckheim is a segment of the Alsace Wine Route in France. It runs from Turckheim to Rosenwiller in the commune of Sélestat, and features many medieval villages, along with a number of renowned vineyards and wineries. The route was first established in the early 19th century and passes through some of the region's most important wine-producing appellations, including the villages of Kientzheim, Barr and Andlau. There are a number of activities to be enjoyed along the route, such as bike rides, wine tastings and hiking, as well as a variety of charming restaurants and bistros. The route also offers the chance to experience some of the French countryside's most picturesque scenery, including rolling hills, medieval villages and vineyards.
