The RS3A with SMB (DO-214AA) Diodes, manufactured by TWGMC, are RoHS compliant fast recovery rectifiers with a forward voltage drop of 1.1V max. They are designed to have low reverse current leakage and high surge capability. They have a 600V breakdown voltage and a 10A peak pulse current with a 0.7 mA leakage current.
