Made ElectronicsThe UM3202Q with DFN-8(1.4 x 1.7) Translators/Level Shifters manufactured by Union Made Electronics is a chip-level package designed for low-voltage, low-power applications. It provides bidirectional voltage level translation between the low-voltage and the higher voltage supply controls and/or logic signals. It has a total of 8 pins in a DFN-8 (1.4 x 1.7) package and features RoHS compliance. It has an operating voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V (with ±15% tolerance), and logic control input high/low threshold voltages of 1.8V–5V. This part is designed for up to a maximum of 2 MHz bidirectional data and/or logic signals for standard logic translation applications. Its pin-to-pin low current capability is =1.8mA (100mA max. low-side current). The device has various ESD protection on each input/output pin which includes an internal protection circuit with a voltage rating of 6.0kV HBM and a current rating of 350 µA. The part’s junction temperature rating is -40°C to +125°C.
