The STM8362-30V is an 8A power MOSFET with 30V rated voltage, 18mO RDS(on) @ 10V, 8A drain current, comes in an 8-pin SOP-8 package and is RoHS compliant. It has two power MOSFETs, one N-Channel and one P-Channel, and is manufactured by VBsemi Elec. The device is ideal for load and line switching in high-side and low-side applications. It has a low Gate Charge (Qg) which helps reduce power dissipation.
