The CSRV0204FTDG0910 is a Viking range from the Professional Series by Viking. It is a 36-inch, four-burner gas range with Self-Clean, continuous grates, and a storage drawer. It features three 10,000 BTU burners, a 18,000 BTU burner, and VTough Porcelain on Steel cooking surface. The cooking surface is commercial-grade stainless steel with satin finish. The range also features convection technology to provide a more even cooking of food, and a RapidReady Preheat System that provides faster preheating times and more consistent temperatures. It also has a 12-hour clock and timer, as well as a Smart Burner Ignition system that ensures a rapid and secure start-up.
