Visaton 3699 is a full range, 3-way loudspeaker system. The system is comprised of three separate drivers; the woofer, mid-range and tweeter. The woofer is a 8" polypropylene cone unit with an impedance of 4 ohms, sensitivity of 87 dB SPL and a frequency range of 40 Hz - 2000 Hz. The mid-range is a 5" polypropylene cone with an impedance of 4 ohms, sensitivity of 87 dB SPL and a frequency range of 175 Hz - 4 kHz. Finally, the tweeter is a 1" dome design with an impedance of 4 ohms, sensitivity of 91 dB SPL and a frequency range of 6 kHz - 24 kHz. The system has a power handling of 180 watts. The total impedance is 4 ohms, the sound pressure level is 88 dB SPL and the frequency range is 40 Hz - 24kHz. The response curve shows a flat frequency response with a mild boost around 10kHz. These speakers provide a neutral, transparent sound that is suitable for both stereo and surround setup.
