Additional Infomation About Product

The ILD621GB is an optically-coupled isolator that features an infrared LED on one side, and a NPN phototransistor on the other side. This device offers an isolation voltage (VIORM) of up to 5500 Vrms, allowing it to be safely used in industrial environments. Its current transfer ratio (CTR) of 500% is suitable for a range of circuit applications, such as limiting noise over long distances and signaling across isolated power supplies. The collector-emitter voltage withstand (Vceo) is also rated at up to 75V, making the ILD621GB a reliable and rugged opto-isolator for industrial applications.
