The SI4463S89S-V1-C2A is a Radio Frequency (RF) wireless module manufactured by Vollgo. It is a surface mount device (SMD) compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive. The module is designed for use in long range applications such as commercial radio links and home automation. It employs the Silicon Labs Si4463 radio transceiver which supports frequencies from 240 to 960 MHz and is designed for use in the 433, 868 and 915 MHz ISM bands. It offers flexibility and configurability with a wide range of modulation formats from OOK/ASK, FSK, GFSK, 2FSK, 4FSK, to MSK, and supports data rates of up to 3.125 kB/s. The module contains several other features such as a low-power sleep mode, an on-board crystal oscillator, and a temperature sensor, which make it ideal for low-power applications or designs that require precision temperature compensation.
