The 0201N100J500CT is a 10pF, 50V, 0201-sized, RoHS-compliant Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Walsin. It is Surface Mounted/Surface Mounted Technology (SMD/SMT) device with a 0.6mm x 0.3mm profile. It is a monolithic structure, where two or more dielectric layers of ceramic are sandwiched together with conductive internal electrodes such as metals, wire plates, and screen printed paste. This construction makes it resistant to external pressure, dust, and other environmental factors. The 0201N100J500CT offers extremely low parasitics, low equivalent series resistance (ESR), electromechanical coupling (K), and self-healing capability. It has a wide operating temperature range of -55C to 125C and a high electrical stability over time.
