The BTA425Y-800CTQ with Triacs 3Q Hi-Com Triac is a four-quadrant, 800 VAR, 400-amp, three quadrant triac manufactured by WeEn Semiconductor. It is designed to provide high breakdown voltage, low RDS(on), and excellent thermal and electrical performance. It has a very wide operating temperature range, from -40°C to +150°C, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications.
