system
The N-3 part of the Wieland system is a system of electrical connection technology that allows for modular plug-and-play wiring. This system is made up of three different components: power distribution, communication and assembly technology.
Power Distribution: The power distribution component consists of a range of standardized terminal blocks which allow for the safe and secure distribution of power among components. The terminal blocks are available in a range of sizes, accommodating a variety of cable diameters and cross-sections.
Communication: The communication component consists of a range of data communication systems, such as CAN (Controller Area Network), PROFIBUS and CANopen protocol systems. The various types of communication systems are designed to allow communication between different types of electronic devices.
Assembly Technology: This component consists of a wide range of fastening and connection elements, such as nuts and bolts, rivets, spring clips and crimps. These elements are used to make a secure mechanical connection between components, ensuring reliable power and data transfer.
