The WS90561T S7P LED Driver by Winsemi is an efficient, low power consumption, surface mount device designed to provide constant current to LEDs. It integrates a programmable current source and a constant current regulation circuit in a SOP-7 (2.0 mm × 3.9 mm) package, and is compliant with RoHS standards. This device is particularly suited for driving digital display backlight LED strings with complex geometries, and provides wide range LED driving capability such as constant current and level shift driving, as well as LED fault detection and diagnosis. It has a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 5.5V and a high current rating of up to 120mA. The WS90561T also includes over-temperature, over-voltage, under-voltage, and EMI protections.
