Additional Infomation About Product

TX6128 with LED Drivers ESOP8 RoHS is a monolithic integrated circuit that is manufactured by XDS and is specifically designed to provide current sinking and source capability for driving LEDs. It features two strings each of A and B channels and is designed to be powered with a supply voltage from 2.3V to 5.5V with a maximum output current of 11 mA for each string. The XDS TX6128 contains two low-side MOSFETs (N-channel) for each string which provide the current sinking and sourcing functionality. It also features an integrated voltage regulator that generates a constant 3.3V VDD auxiliary supply voltage for the integrated circuitry. The LED drivers also have two UVLO (Under Voltage Lockouts) which protects the LEDs from damage due to an over- or under-voltage condition. The package is an 8-pin ESOP-8 RoHS compliant package.
