The XD13700 is a RoHS-compliant operational amplifier manufactured by XINLUDA. It is a dual DIP-16 package with three terminals and a common output feedback line. This part offers a wide range of features, including a high input impedance, low input bias current, low input offset voltage, and high bandwidth. It is suitable for a wide range of applications such as signal conditioning, active filtering, and high-gain DC amplification. Its operating temperature range is from -55°C to +85°C. Its maximum supply voltage is ±15V, with a typical supply voltage of ±5V. Its supply current for both parts is typically 10mA and its power dissipation is 350mW. Its operating parameters include a gain bandwidth product of 12MHz, a slew rate of 0.67V/µs, an input voltage range of 0.8V to 15V, and an output voltage swing of +/-3.8V.
