The 2RL3000L-8-T6TR with Discharge Tubes (GDT/TSS) Axial RoHS manufactured by Yageo is a surface-mount type overvoltage suppressor device with a discharge tube. The discharge tube component has a coaxial structure consisting of a metal or ceramic outer tube and an inner tube containing a gas. When exposed to voltages above its threshold voltage, the device will rapidly deflect the voltage spike towards the ground. It offers a peak pulse current rating of up to 3000 A, with a withstand voltage rating of up to 8 kV. This product is designed for surface mounting with RoHS compliant lead-free terminals, allowing for automated processes and easy soldering. It also features low capacitance, making it well suited for use in HD digital and Ethernet signals.
