It is a high power density, high temperature Varistor designed for protecting AC and DC voltages.This part is composed of two varistors, one with 38V and the other with 93V. It can therefore handle currents ranging between 1KA and 10KA. It also has an operating temperature ranging from -55°C to 125°C and has a RoHS compliant lead-free finish. The package type is through-hole and it contains a single ceramic disc with a resistance value of 470K Ohm.
