The B0300TB-AL Discharge Tubes (GDT/TSS) SMA RoHS manufactured by Yageo is an electronic device used to protect circuits in the presence of high voltage transients. It has a surge current rating of 3kA (8/20 µs), a maximum operating voltage of 300V, a capacitance of 2.2pF, and a maximum wire length of 10mm. The component is designed to be RoHS compliant, meaning it does not contain prohibited substances which have been known to cause health or environmental issues.
