FR101 is a large-scale integrated circuits (LSIC) developed by Yangjie (formerly known as Jiangsu Jinming). It is a powerful, low power and high performance 16-bit MCU. It has a 16-bit RISC CPU, one time programmable non-volatile memory, multiple serial I/O ports, hardware accelerated communication peripherals, high precision A/D converter, RTC and other functions. The CPU frequency is up to 20MHz and the instruction execution time is 1.25/2.5/5 clock cycle, which makes it faster and more efficient. It supports multiple instruction set architectures and features up to 54 interrupts, 2 interrupt priority levels and up to 8 KPIO pins to make the system more flexible. The FR101 has a strong network protocol stack embedded, supports hundreds of commonly used network application layer protocols, supports networking by Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 3G/4G and other technologies.
