GBJ608 is a type of ultra-low voltage high-performance CMOS process developed by Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC). It features a 0.18µm gate length and can support various applications, including mobile phones, PDAs, personal digital assistants, portable TVs, and other high-end consumer products. It also provides ultra-low standby power consumption and reduced process complexity through the use of advanced process technologies such as dual poly-gate, scavenging, hyper scaling and sub-wavelength lithography. Additionally, it can achieve higher integration with a reduced number of layers and a denser interconnect. With these together, it can support high-speed digital systems, low voltage I/O, as well as improve signal quality reliability.
