It features a low power loss performance, extended Schottky barrier, breakdown voltage range of - 5V~30V, and Schottky barrier temperature coefficient of -0.3 mV / °C. The product is compliant with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), and has a high surge power capability, ESD protection and essentially indestructible properties.
