The DW01A is a SOT-23-6 Battery Management IC manufactured by Yongyutai Electronics, and is ROHS compliant. The DW01A is particularly suited for use in applications such as laptop computers, mobile phones, tablets, and other portable devices, as it has excellent dynamic and thermal performance. It offers voltage regulation, current sensing, and thermal protection capabilities. It has two analog temperature thresholds for providing over-temperature protection.
