The XC6206P332PR is a Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) made by Youtai. It is a three-terminal voltage regulator that can output constant voltage with low dropout voltage and in a very narrow operating range. It is housed in a SOT-89 surface mount package and meets the requirements of the RoHS directive for hazardous substances. It features a typical CMOS dropout voltage of 500mV (@50mA current) and and ripple rejection of 60dB. It offers overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, as well as thermal shutdown protection. The input voltage range allows for up to 6V to 33V for a 3.3V output while the rated temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. This makes it suitable for a variety of applications including battery operated systems, portable devices or high-reliability systems.
