The ZLG116N32A with Other Processors and Microcontrollers (MCUs) QFN-32 RoHS is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontroller manufactured by Zhiyuan. It has fast instruction processing, high clock speed, an advanced peripheral set, and integrated debug support along with their proprietary software development environment. It features 32 KB of SRAM, 1 MB of Flash memory, and 20 KB of EEPROM memory. It also has an integrated 10/100 Ethernet PHY, and up to four SPI, four I2C, three UART, and two CAN channels. It is RoHS compliant and features a 32-pin QFN package.
