The ZTP7192KT is a surface-mount DC-DC concurrent step-down and step-up converter manufactured by Zilltek. It features an ultra-small SOT23-6L RoHS package, an input voltage range of 2.3V to 6V, a switching frequency of 300kHz and a maximum output current of 1A. The ZTP7192KT provides excellent conversion efficiency, an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 5V, and dynamic response circuitry for maximum flexibility in a wide range of applications. The device is capable of operating under high temperatures up to 125°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial environment. It also features overvoltage protection, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection.
