The Z8018006VEG00TR is a microcontroller System-on-Chip (SoC) from ZiLOG. It is housed in a 90-pin plastic Quad Flatpack (QFP) package and integrates many components that are necessary for embedded system design. It contains a powerful 8-bit Z8 microcontroller core, an on-chip Flash memory, 16 KB of on-chip RAM, multiple timers, a hardware IEEE-754-compatible floating point unit, an I2C serial interface, a real-time clock/calendar unit, a JTAG debug port, and an on-chip automated test interface.
