The ZSP4403LEU is an SoC (system-on-chip) product from Zilog Corporation, part of the ZWN-SC7 family. It is a highly integrated product for low-power embedded control and multimedia applications. It is based on the Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC architecture consisting of ARM Cortex-A53, Cortex-R5, Mali-400 MP2 and a new Mali-DP500 video processor. Its I/O capabilities include a range of USB, Ethernet, SATA, SD and UART interfaces, as well as multiple mobile display ports and Arasan DMA controllers. It has 512 KB of L2 cache memory, 16 MB of on-chip memory, an independent power-down memory controller, and integrated programmable logic. ZSP4403LEU features advanced power management capabilities, extended temperature range operation and robust security features. It is designed to reduce the cost and time-to-market of embedded products by combining all these features into a single IC.
