Engineering The Banner D12SP6FP part is an IP67-rated steel-body Mini-Flex M12 Photoelectric Sensor, featuring a 5m LED operating range. It has an integral LED, requires a DC current (4-16V), and a normally open NPN output. This mini-photoelectric sensor is used for detecting objects ranging from small, opaque to reflective items, 14mm (0.55in) thick or less. The D12SP6FP is capable of detecting up to not just one, but two objects at the same time with one of them being transparent or reflective. The product is designed to be easily integrated into existing equipment, requiring minimal space.
