BGSA12UGL8E6327XTSA1 is an Infineon power module, specifically, a D2PAK DirectFET with integrated current sensing capabilities. The module is designed for high-power motor drives and provides an optimized package solution with integrated current sensing, insulated metal substrate (IMS) technology, and a wide common-mode range up to 600 V DC. The module provides a pMOSFET with an RDS(on) of 12 mOhm and a nMOSFET with an RDS(on) of 8 mOhm. It is rated for a total power of 40 W with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
