The Company’s primary products include quartz crystal units, quartz crystal filters, quartz crystal oscillators and surface mount device (SMD) quartz crystal units and crystal oscillators. The Company’s products are mainly used in the manufacture of computers, remote control toys, television (TV) games, wireless phones, Internet communication applications, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, pagers, mobile phones, very high frequency (VHF) wireless receivers and global positioning system (GPS) receivers. The Company mainly operates its businesses in Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Mainland China and Europe.
