As of April 1, 2015, PILKOR Electronics Co.,Ltd. was acquired by Cowell Fashion Co., Ltd., in a reverse merger transaction. PILKOR Electronics Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells electronic components in South Korea and internationally. It offers film capacitors, such as metallized polyester film, EMI suppression, series impedance, metallized polypropylene film, PFC input, AC motor running, and power electronic capacitors, as well as IGBT snubber and DC-link capacitors.
