Dual Output Voltages: 1.2 to 5.0V (in 50mV Steps) The ultra-low drop-out voltage, low quiescent current, Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage: 45mV 150mA Load, and low noise make the AS13986 perfect for low-power, 0.3mV 1mA Load battery-operated applications. Very Low Quiescent Current: 135A No Load, Regulator ground current increases only slightly in drop- 255A 150mA Load, 2A In Off Mode out, extending the battery life in low-power applications. Guaranteed Output Current up to 150mA The device features excellent power supply rejection Fast Turn-On Time: 160s (COUT = 1F, (55dB 1kHz and 50dB at 10kHz).
