The AD7989-1/AD7989-5 contain a low 5 V logic interface power, high speed, 18-bit sampling ADC and a versatile serial AD7989-1: 400 W at 100 kSPS (VDD only) interface port. On the CNV rising edge, the AD7989-1/AD7989-5 700 W at 100 kSPS (total) sample the voltage difference between the IN+ and IN pins. AD7989-5: 2 mW at 500 kSPS (VDD only) The voltages on these pins typically swing in opposite phases 3.5 mW at 500 kSPS (total) between 0 V and V . The reference voltage, V , is applied REF REF 70 W at 10 kSPS externally and can be set independent of the supply voltage, Proprietary serial interface SPI-/QSPI-/MICROWIRE-/ VDD. Its power scales linearly with throughput. 1 DSP-compatible The AD7989-1/AD7989-5 are serial peripheral interface (SPI)- 10-lead MSOP and 3 mm 3 mm 10-Lead LFCSP CS compatible, which features the ability, using the SDI/ input, Wide operating temperature range: 40C to +85C to daisy-chain several ADCs on a single 3-wire bus. The APPLICATIONS AD7989-1/AD7989-5 are compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, and Automated test equipment 5 V logic, using the separate VIO supply. Data acquisition systems The AD7989-1/AD7989-5 are available in a 10-lead MSOP or a Medical instruments 10-lead LFCSP with operation specified from 40C to +85C.
