GENERAL DESCRIPTION The ADG811/ADG812 are low voltage complementary The ADG811/ADG812 are fully specified for 3.3 V, 2.5 V, and metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) devices containing four 1.8 V supply operation. The ADG811 is available in a 16-lead independently selectable switches. These switches offer an ultralow LFCSP, and the ADG812 is available in a 16-lead TSSOP. on resistance of less than 0.8 over the full temperature range. PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The digital inputs can handle 1.8 V logic with a 2.7 V to 3.6 V 1. <0.8 on resistance over the full temperature range of supply. 40C to +125C. These devices contain four independent single-pole/single-throw 2. Single 1.65 V to 3.6 V operation. (SPST) switches. The ADG811 and ADG812 differ only in that 3. Operational with 1.8 V CMOS logic. the digital control logic is inverted. The ADG811 switches are 4. High current handling capability (300 mA continuous turned on with a logic low on the appropriate control input, while current at 3.3 V). a logic high is required to turn on the switches of the ADG812. 5. Low total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD + N) Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on (0.02% typical). and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. 6. Small, 3 mm 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP and 16-lead TSSOP. Rev. D Document Feedback Information furnished by Analog Devices is believed to be accurate and reliable.
