The PE42359SCAA is a high-speed, low-noise, 4 x 4 discrete switch/multiplexer developed by pSemi (formerly Peregrine Semiconductor). It is the latest in a series of analog switches/multiplexers that deliver performance, low noise, and low power operation, and is compliant with RoHS (Restrict Substances in Europe Directive). This device provides up to a 100 MHz+ switching bandwidth, as well as an excellent Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 33 dB with low power consumption. It features four input pins and four single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) output channels, making it suitable for a variety of signal conditioning applications such as video and audio signal routing, time-division multiplexing, and data rate conversions. Additionally, this device offers a wide range of features to reduce size, complexity, and costs, including integrated resistors, capacitors, and termination, reduced board space, and improved EMI (electromagnetic interference) performance. This cost effective and low-power consuming device is an ideal choice for designers building analog circuit systems requiring small form factors and lower power operation.
