This device offers ultralow Logic Switch 2 (S2) Switch 1 (S1) on resistance of less than 0.6 over the full temperature range. 0 Off On The ADG839 is fully specified for 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V supply 1 On Off operation. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The ADG839 exhibits break-before-make switching action.
