DS2460S+ Analog Devices

The DS2460S+ with Serial Number Registration SHA-1 COPROCESSOR W EEPROM is an 8-bit microprocessor CPU integrated with a serial number registration SHA-1 coprocessor. It is manufactured by Analog Devices and offers advanced low-power consumption, suitable for small-scale industrial and medical applications. The DS2460S+ also features an integrated 128-bit EEPROM memory for secure storage of data, up to 8K bytes of RAM, an integrated 16-bit real time clock (RTC) for precise timing, and eight multi-function timers for precise timing control. The device also includes a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for implementation of real time analog measurements, a hardened 192 security bit encryption engine for secure data storage and communication, and fault management facilities for implementation of fault tolerance in industrial systems. This microprocessor is compatible with most digital signal processing (DSP) instructions and allows the user to develop precise signal processing algorithms, for extremely efficient control of industrial and medical devices.
