It features a 3-wire digital interface with a with Serial A/D Converters bidirectional data retransmission feature, allowing it to be n Single 3V to 5V Supply Operation wired in series with a serial A/D converter while using only n Analog Inputs May Extend to Supply Rails one serial port. The interface also allows several LTC1390s n Low Charge Injection to be wired in series or parallel, increasing the number of n Low R : 75W Max MUX channels available using only a single digital port. All ON n Low Leakage: 5nA Max the above features are also valid when LTC1390 operates n Guaranteed Break-Before-Make as a demultiplexer such as with a D/A converter. n TTL/CMOS Compatible for All Digital Inputs The LTC1390 features a typical R of 45W , typical switch ON n Cascadable to Allow Additional Channels leakage of 50pA, and guaranteed break-before-make op- n Can Be Used as a Demultiplexer eration.
