LTC201A/LTC202/LTC203 Micropower, Low Charge Injection, Quad CMOS Analog Switches FEATURES DESCRIPTIO Micropower Operation The LTC 201A, LTC202, and LTC203 are micropower, Single 5V or 15V Supply Operation quad CMOS analog switches which typically dissipate only Low Charge Injection 250W from 15V supplies and 40W from a single 5V Low R supply. The switches have 65 typical on resistance ON Low Leakage and a very high off resistance. A break-before-make Guaranteed Break Before Make characteristic, inherent in these switches, prevents the Latch Resistant Design shorting of two channels. With a supply voltage of 15V, TTL/CMOS Compatible the signal range is 15V. These switches have special Improved Second Source for DG2O1A/DG202 charge compensation circuitry which greatly reduces charge injection to a maximum of 25pC (15V supplies).
