LTC2320-16 Octal, 16-Bit, 1.5Msps/Ch Simultaneous Sampling ADC FEATURES DESCRIPTION n 1.5Msps/Ch Throughput Rate The LTC 2320-16 is a low noise, high speed octal 16-bit n Eight Simultaneously Sampling Channels successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with n Guaranteed 16-Bit, No Missing Codes differential inputs and wide input common mode range. n 8V Differential Inputs with Wide Input Operating from a single 3.3V or 5V supply, the LTC2320-16 P-P Common Mode Range has an 8V differential input range, making it ideal for P-P n 82dB SNR (Typ) at f = 500kHz applications which require a wide dynamic range with high IN n 90dB THD (Typ) at f = 500kHz common mode rejection. The LTC2320-16 achieves 2LSB IN n Guaranteed Operation to 125C INL typical, no missing codes at 16 bits and 82dB SNR. n Single 3.3V or 5V Supply The LTC2320-16 has an onboard low drift (20ppm/C max) n Low Drift (20ppm/C Max) 2.048V or 4.096V 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference. Internal Reference The LTC2320-16 also has a high speed SPI-compatible n 1.8V to 2.5V I/O Voltages serial interface that supports CMOS or LVDS.
