MAX1062 19-2203 Rev 1 5/09 14-Bit, +5V, 200ksps ADC with 10A Shutdown General Description Features The MAX1062 low-power, 14-bit analog-to-digital con- 14-Bit Resolution, 1LSB DNL verter (ADC) features a successive approximation ADC, +5V Single-Supply Operation automatic power-down, fast 1.1s wake-up, and a high- speed SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE-compatible inter- Adjustable Logic Level (2.7V to 5.25V) face. The MAX1062 operates with a single +5V analog Input Voltage Range: 0 to V REF supply and features a separate digital supply, allowing direct interfacing with 2.7V to 5.25V digital logic. Internal Track/Hold, 4MHz Input Bandwidth At the maximum sampling rate of 200ksps, the SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE-Compatible Serial Interface MAX1062 consumes typically 2.75mA.
