S Input Voltage Range: 0 to V The MAX11100 operates with a single +5V analog supply REF and features a separate digital supply, allowing direct S Internal Track-and-Hold, 4MHz Input Bandwidth interfacing with 2.7V to 5.25V digital logic. S SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE-Compatible Serial Interface At the maximum sampling rate of 200ksps, the MAX11100 S Small 10-Pin MAX and WLP Packages typically consumes 2.45mA. Power consumption is typi- S Low Power cally 12.25mW (V = V = +5V) at a 200ksps AVDD DVDD 2.45mA at 200ksps (max) sampling rate. AutoShutdown reduces supply 140A at 10ksps current to 140FA at 10ksps and to less than 10FA at 0.1A in Power-Down Mode reduced sampling rates.
