The +5V (MAX1286/MAX1288) MAX1286/MAX1288 operate with a single +5V supply. Autoshutdown Between Conversions The MAX1287/MAX1289 operate with a single +3V sup- Low Power ply. The devices feature a successive-approximation 245A at 150ksps ADC, automatic shutdown, fast wakeup (1.4s), and a high-speed 3-wire interface. Power consumption is only 150A at 100ksps 0.5mW (V = +2.7V) at the maximum sampling rate of DD 15A at 10ksps 150ksps. AutoShutdown (0.2A) between conversions 2A at 1ksps results in reduced power consumption at slower 0.2A in Shutdown throughput rates.
