The MAX14763 is a single-pole/double-throw Thermal Shutdown Protection (SPDT) analog switch. -40NC to +85NC Operating Temperature Range High Bandwidth: 100MHz (typ) Insertion Loss The MAX14759 features 1I (max) on-resistance with High-ESD Protection Up to 2kV a Q200nA (max) on-leakage current. The MAX14761/ MAX14763 feature 2I (max) on-resistance with a Q100nA S Save Board Space (max) on-leakage current.
